This website aims to simplify the process of applying for employee ID cards at the University of Zakho through an easy and efficient electronic system.

Through this platform, members of the academic and administrative staff can enter their personal information, review the data retrieved from the Staff Portal, complete the application, and attach the required personal photo.

The system helps to speed up administrative procedures, save time, and ensure the accuracy of information, while also making it easier for the Human Resources Units in colleges to track and process applications.

Employees can choose the date to receive their ID, noting that each day has a limited number of available ID issuances due to the ongoing process of issuing student IDs. Therefore, please take this into consideration when selecting your preferred date.

Employees can also track the status of their application, and once the ID is ready, an email notification will be sent to the registered email address informing them that their ID is ready for pickup.
